5 Things I Want to help you with as a Holistic Health Coach

1.  Healthy Cooking and Recipes

Healthy Recipes for food and Life!

Food is my love language.  I love cooking and sharing my recipes.  I will share recipes, cookbook reviews and all that I am learning about food with you.  I want to share with you the how-to's that I have discovered along the way.  The kitchen shortcuts and tricks that I use daily as an avid home cook.  

I will teach you how to use your appliances that are collecting dust in a corner or under the cabinet.  You know the ones, the one you just HAD to have, used once then never again.  I will have you pulling it out and excited to learn how that gadget will become your kitchen companion.  

I will share stories from my kitchen.  A letter from a friend, to help you find balance, forgive yourself and also just have fun.  The kitchen is the most important room in your home.  I will be here with you to help you rediscover the wonder of taking care of you and your family.

2. Creating Healthy Lifestyle Shifts

What makes good habits?  How do you build them?  What to do when you get stuck.  I will help you answer these questions and so much more.  I will help you figure out the healthy lifestyle choices for you and your life.  I will share what has worked for me along the way and the stories that are so much a part of these choices.

We are all different.  This is the essence of what I stand for in my Health Coaching.  I am here to help you realize the choices that help you and also let go of the ones that do not serve you.  I will share stories of other people and their choices, so that you may take the lessons you can learn from them and make them your own.  You do not have to do what I do each and every day to have a healthy lifestyle,  you will learn to build your own healthy lifestyle.

3. Wellness Tips

"Wellness Begins with You."


I will help you begin this journey and realize it is just that, a journey.  You never arrive at the destination of wellness or healthy living.  These are ever evolving.   Life has takes different twists and turns but it is about sticking to your course.  When you go astray, you pick yourself  up and find your path again, then continue.  I will be here holding your hand all along the way.

I will share stories from my personal life when I fell off of my own wagon but also how I found the wagon, got back on and continued again.  Often the path has changed when I get back on the path, and that is okay.

Not only will I share tips and tricks from me and others but also detailed information about the why and how these tips work so that you maybe able to understand the 'why' and then helpful information on how you will be able to incorporate these into your life.  Again, I am here beside you.

4. Incorporate more balance in your life

Helping you take better care of yourself is the reason I decided to create this blog and website.  I want you to create more balance in your every day life.  It is not easy, it is a juggle but I am here to share all that I know with you as a Holistic Health Coach and someone who has been there.  I sobered up (twice!) and lost sixty pounds on my own.  I have been there.  I understand the struggles.   I still have my struggles.

I want you to be healthy and conquer your health goals!  I am not perfect and I am still working on mine.  But I have first hand knowledge of the struggles and I am ready to share with you the tools that I know and love. 

5. Inspire you to eat more plants

We all know we need to eat more fruits and vegetables.  I do not believe in an or nothing approach.  What I DO believe in, is finding what works for you!  This does mean bringing more plants onto your plate.  You do not have to be vegan to eat more plants, but I will share some great vegan recipes along the way.  You do not have to be vegan to eat vegan recipes.

I will share my favorite recipes to create a fusion of different eating modalities to help you find your balanced way of eating healthy and enriching your life with more plants.

CONCLUSION

I became a Certified Holistic Health Coach to help people, just like you, discover they can heal themselves.  It takes time and effort.  I created this website to share what I have learned along the way.  Healthy living is a lifestyle choice and wellness begins with you.
